William B. Helbling Named Shareholder of Knox Law
We are proud to announce that William B. Helbling has been named a Shareholder of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C.
Bill concentrates his practice in the areas of business and tax law, securities law, banking and commercial lending, and intellectual property & technology. He has a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, which includes multimillion dollar deals for clients in a variety of industries.
He graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University and earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Bill interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh for the U.S. Department of Justice, served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and clerked at the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. He also served as a certified legal intern at the University of Pittsburgh Securities Arbitration Clinic, where he represented small investors in FINRA Arbitration.
Bill lives in Fairview with his wife Courtney. He serves as a board member for the Crime Victim Center of Erie County and the Community Blood Bank of Northwest Pennsylvania and Western New York.
He is part of a team of more than 40 attorneys that has been providing quality legal services to businesses, families, public entities, and nonprofits for over 65 years.
