- Perform all facets of federal litigation with regard to trademarks, copyrights, and patents
- Perform a variety of federal litigation with regard to intellectual property disputes
- Assist with administrative challenges before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board
- Represent website owners in litigation involving website compliance under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”)
