Knox Attorneys Present to UPMC Hamot Employees

Attorneys Jeffrey D. Scibetta and Frances A. McCormick will each speak about basic estate planning to UPMCHamot employees on Tuesday, May 27 and Wednesday, May 28, as part of UPMC Hamot's "Spring Educational Session," a free service offered to all UPMC Hamot employees. Mr. Scibetta and Ms. McCormick will review the basics and benefits of estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney and beneficiary designations.

Mr. Scibetta's practice involves complex estate planning and administration, business planning, succession planning, tax planning and real estate. He is a member of the Board of Corporators for the Hamot Health Foundation.

Ms. McCormick focuses her practice in the areas of business & tax law, estate planning & administration, business succession planning, real estate and elder law. She is a board member for the Mercy Center for Women.
