He is a licensed title insurance agent in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and previously worked in the Tax Department of the Washington, D.C. office of Deloitte & Touche. He also served as a Judicial Clerk to the late Arnold Raum of the United States Tax Court.
