Jeffrey Scibetta Speaks on Special Needs Trusts for ECBA

Jeffrey Scibetta will speak on Tuesday, October 29 at a seminar held by the Erie County Bar Association (ECBA) on Planning for Deceased and Disabled Clients.

Mr. Scibetta will specifically address special needs trusts: objectives in using them, relationship to public benefits and eligibility, types of special needs trusts, how they compare to other trusts, and administration of these trusts.

At Knox Law, Mr. Scibetta's practice involves complex estate planning and administration, business planning, succession planning, tax planning, elder care planning and real estate. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and previously worked in the Tax Department of the Washington, D.C. office of Deloitte & Touche.
