Tom Hoffman Speaks at Forest Landowners Conference
Thomas C. Hoffman, II, Shareholder, speaks at the 4th Biennial Forest Landowners Conference, "Working Woods for Today and Tomorrow," on Friday, March 22, 2019. He will offer both an optional pre-conference session and 45-minute session on "Legal Strategies to Protect Your Forestland For Future Generations."
The conference, hosted by the Center for Private Forests, a program within the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences, features two days of presentations, exhibits, field tours, workshops, and networking opportunities.
At Knox Law, Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice on closely held business planning, business succession planning, implementation of sophisticated estate and trust planning, administration of complex estates and trusts, and the tax consequences of these matters. He has represented many landowners and forest or timber-related businesses throughout his career, and has spoken at this conference twice before, and other similar conferences as well.
