Tom Hoffman Presents on Commonly Neglected Legal Issues

Tom Hoffman presented yesterday, November 14, for the Northwestern Pennsylvania chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).

He spoke on "Commonly Neglected Legal Issues" specifically for CFOs. The goal was to illustrate how CFOs can drive legal compliance and avoid future complications for their businesses.

Topics included corporate governance, contract matters, due diligence, HR issues, insurance considerations, business succession & continuity, and more.

The NWPA FEI group meets monthly on a variety of topics, and is looking for new members.

At Knox Law, concentrates his practice on closely held business planning, business succession planning, implementation of sophisticated estate and trust planning, administration of complex estates and trusts, and the tax consequences of these matters.
