Timothy Wachter Participates in Opportunity Zones Roundtable with HUD Secretary Dr. Ben Carson

Timothy S. Wachter, Shareholder and lead for Knox Law Public Strategies, will participate in a roundtable on Opportunity Zones on Thursday, October 15th in McKeesport, PA.
Also participating are Dr. Ben Carson, United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Chair of the White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council; Joe DeFelice, HUD Regional Administrator; Michael Cherepko, Mayor of McKeesport, PA; and several other regional governmental representatives from the SBA, EPA, USDA and more.
Mr. Wachter is recognized as a national thought leader in Qualified Opportunity Zone Development and advises investors, businesses and stakeholders regarding Opportunity Zone investments.
He regularly advises governmental, business and nonprofit clients on highly complex legal, regulatory and public policy related matters. He also regularly provides counsel on matters related to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law to dozens of agencies throughout Western Pennsylvania.
