Timothy Wachter Addresses Opportunity Zones at Penn-Northwest Development Corporation Annual Meeting

Timothy S. Wachter, Shareholder and lead for Knox Law Public Strategies, will speak on Opportunity Zones at the Annual Meeting of the Penn-Northwest Development Corporation in Hermitage, PA on Thursday, November 15.

He will address members of Penn-Northwest, which is Mercer County's lead economic development agency, on "Developing Federal Opportunity Zones and Structuring the Deals."

At Knox Law, Attorney Wachter is a member of the Governmental, Public Finance & Bonds and Business & Tax Practice Groups, along with serving as lead for Knox Law Public Strategies. He regularly advises governmental, business and nonprofit clients on highly complex legal, regulatory and public policy related matters.
