Timothy S. Wachter Speaks at National Development Finance Summit for CDFA

Timothy S. Wachter, Shareholder and lead for Knox Law Public Strategies, spoke at the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) National Development Finance Summit this past Wednesday in Dallas, Texas.

Attorney Wachter, along with Jake Rouch (Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership) and Matt Wachter (Erie Downtown Development Corporation), headlined the section of the conference entitled “Developing a Local Opportunity Zones Strategy.”

42 states were represented at the conference - Erie continues to be a national example of Opportunity Zone strategy.
