Timothy M. Zieziula Licensed in New York

Timothy M. Zieziula, attorney at Knox McLaughlin Gornall and Sennett, P.C. is now licensed to practice in the state of New York. Eight other Knox attorneys are admitted to practice in New York: James S. Bryan, Michael A. Fetzner, Brian Glowacki, Nadia A. Havard, Thomas C. Hoffman II, Richard A. Lanzillo, Peter A. Pentz and Peter W. Yoars, Jr. Together with the other attorneys at the Knox firm, they can provide a full range of legal services through the Jamestown office location.

Mr. Zieziula is Chair of the Real Estate Group. He concentrates his practice on real estate, oil and gas development and environmental law. He regularly represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, oil and gas lease transactions and zoning and land use planning matters. Mr. Zieziula’s recent accomplishments include acting as lead counsel for the Erie Regional Airport Authority’s $80 million runway extension project and negotiating an oil and gas lease on behalf of a single landowner comprising over 10,000 acres of land. He serves as Real Estate Section Chair for the Erie County Bar Association.
