Thomas Tupitza Speaks on Legal Compliance & Ethics for PANO

Thomas A. Tupitza, President & Shareholder, is speaking during a PANO webinar on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. The webinar, Leadership Part II: Staff, Volunteers, and Legal Compliance & Ethics, is part of a series for nonprofit leaders. Mr. Tuptiza will address legal compliance and ethics.
Mr. Tupitza is a Pennsylvania Licensed Consultant for the Standards for Excellence®: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector, and has spoken previously for PANO, the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations. He advises clients in the private, public and nonprofit sectors on finance, real estate and governance matters. A past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, he is active as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel in tax-exempt financing transactions. He has served as the firm’s President since 2007.
