Thomas Tupitza Speaks on Legal Compliance and Ethics for Nonprofits

Thomas Tupitza, President of Knox Law, speaks on Wednesday, May 15 as part of the "Getting to Know the Standards for Excellence®” series at The Nonprofit Partnership. He will speak with Debra Thompson and Jacqui Catrabone, both from Strategy Solutions, Inc., on "Legal Compliance and Ethics," which is the third of six sessions in the series.

Executive Directors, Board Chairs, Audit or Compliance Committee Chairs and Quality or Compliance staff will learn about governing and operating their nonprofit organizations in an ethical and legal manner.

At Knox Law, Mr. Tupitza advises clients in the private, public and nonprofit sectors on finance, real estate and governance matters. A past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, he is active as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel in tax-exempt financing transactions. He has served as the firm’s President since 2007.
