Thomas C. Hoffman Speaks at Business Owner Checkup Events

Thomas C. Hoffman, II will speak at two events for business owners, organized by FocusCFO. "Business Owners Checkup: 25 Takeaways in 50 Minutes" will feature Attorney Hoffman, FocusCFO's Area President Mitch Willis, a CPA and a banker. Attendees will learn about a variety of topics important to business ownership through a fast-paced, tips-based panel. Mr. Hoffman will focus on shareholder & buy/sell agreements, business succession and other estate planning considerations for business owners.

The first offering is Thursday, February 20 at 3:30pm at BrewErie, and the second is on Wednesday, February 26 at 7:30am at CAM - Community Access Media. RSVPs are being accepted online here.

At Knox Law, Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice on closely held business planning, business succession planning, implementation of sophisticated estate and trust planning, administration of complex estates and trusts, and the tax consequences of these matters. He has represented many landowners and forest or timber-related businesses throughout his career, and has spoken at this conference twice before, and other similar conferences as well.
