At Knox Law, Mr. Hoffman's practice is focused on closely held business planning, business succession planning, implementation of sophisticated estate & trust planning, administration of complex estates & trusts, and the tax consequences of these matters. He speaks frequently to businesses, professional advisors, individuals and families on various estate planning and business succession topics.
