Peter W. Yoars, Jr. and Stephen M. Fetzner Contribute to ABA Publication

Peter W. Yoars, Jr. and Stephen M. Fetzner recently contributed to the 2014-2015 Construction Law Update for the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry – Energy and Environment Division 10.

This year's update includes case law and legislation affecting the Construction Industry for 43 states. Attorneys Yoars and Fetzner were responsible for three: New York, Idaho and Oregon.

At Knox, Mr. Yoars was a trial attorney concentrating in professional liability, complex litigation and environmental law. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fetzner is a full-time litigator who focuses his practice on the legal defense of commercial enterprises and insurance companies.
