Pat Kennedy Speaks on Right to Know Law
On Tuesday, August 13th, Pat Kennedy speaks at the annual conference for the Pennsylvania Association of Municipal Administrators (PAMA), in Erie. She will speak on "What to Know About Right to Know" for dozens of public administrators.
Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) is designed to guarantee that the public has access to public records of government agencies. It affects all state and local governmental agencies including municipalities, authorities, school districts, and other government entities.
As a member of the Governmental Practice Group at Knox Law, Pat focuses her practice on providing legal services to school districts, municipalities and public authorities. She has 34 years of legal experience, including work with local governments.
