In Budget Compromise, PA Governor Tom Wolf Repeals 2020 Overtime Regulations
On Wednesday, June 30, 2021, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf agreed to repeal the regulations expanding the ranks of lower-wage salaried workers who must receive time-and-a-half pay for any time they work over 40 hours in a week.

Mitigation Orders Lifted on Memorial Day; Masking Order Once 70% of PA Adults Fully Vaccinated
On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced that the Wolf administration will eliminate all COVID-19 mitigation orders except for masking on Monday, May 31 at 12:01 AM. The current order requiring Pennsylvanians to wear masks will be lifted when 70% of Pennsylvanians age 18 and older are fully vaccinated.
