Nadia Havard Speaking at Employee Benefit Plans Conference

Nadia Havard is speaking at next week's Employee Benefit Plans Conference, hosted by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs (PICPA).

She will speak on "DOL Updates on Fiduciary Duties and Liabilities," which will focus on reviewing the most recent guidelines published by the Department of Labor regarding fiduciary duties and liabilities.

At Knox Law, Nadia concentrates her practice in all areas of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and employee benefits; transfer taxes; fiduciary income tax and trust administration; business; as well as estate planning and administration. She also helps nonprofit organizations to obtain and maintain their tax-exempt status.
