Michael J. Musone Successfully Challenged Ordinance

Michael J. Musone successfully challenged an ordinance in a recent Commonwealth Court case on behalf of a landlord. As reported in the Erie Times-News, the case involved an alleged violation of the construction code in a property that was built prior to adoption of the code.

Mr. Musone is a full-time litigator who focuses his practice on the legal defense of commercial enterprises and insurance companies. He also practices Orphan’s Court litigation, including will contests, trusts and estate matters.
