Mark Wassell Speaks on Medical Marijuana & Employment Law

Mark Wassell will speak tomorrow at a seminar on "Medical Marijuana: A Review of the Law and the Rights of Employees and Employers." The seminar is being hosted by Workforce Solutions for North Central PA and the Appalachian Regional Commission, and made possible by the ARC Prosper INSPIRE Project.

Mark will speak to nearly 40 employers at The Red Fern Banquet & Conference Center in Kersey, PA. He speaks often to a variety of groups in our region and beyond.

At Knox Law, Mark counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks, employment and severance agreements, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining.
