Mark Wassell speaks on Employment Law Updates

Mark Wassell speaks on Tuesday March 28 for the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce. He will address employers and HR professionals at their Eggs 'N Issues event, regarding legal updates for labor & employment law.
Mark's presentation will include changes in the law affecting:
- Modification of job duties due to pregnancy
- Rights of nursing mothers
- Viability of certain provisions of severance agreements
- Enforceability of certain contracts & policies related to allegations of sexual harassment (i.e. Speak Out Act)
Mark speaks often on related topics. At Knox Law, he counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks, employment and severance agreements, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining.
