Mark Wassell Speaks on ADA and FMLA

Mark Wassell travels to Franklin, PA on Thursday October 19 to speak to the Venango County Human Resources Group. He will address the "Interrelationship Between the ADA and the FMLA."

Mark speaks often to HR groups and others on a variety of labor & employment law matters. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks, employment and severance agreements, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining.
