Mark Wassell Speaks About Discipline & Discharge

Mark Wassell will speak for two CareerLink offices this month: Lawrence County CareerLink on Friday, September 9, and Mercer County CareerLink on Friday, September 16. He will address Discipline & Discharge for both offices' Employer Advisory Council: Why Are Employers Still Not Getting It Right? The presentation will focus on the benefits of progressive discipline and performance evaluations, the role of employee handbooks/work rules, and the need to educate supervisors.

Mark speaks often to these groups and many others around our region. His law practice includes the counsel and defense of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks, employment and severance agreements, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining.
