Mark Wassell Addresses Workplace Discrimination at PASPA Conference
Mark Wassell will speak on Thursday at the 38th Annual PASPA Conference in Altoona, PA. PASPA is the Pennsylvania Association of School Personnel Administrators, the state organization for school personnel practitioners.
Mark's topic is “Workplace Discrimination and Handling Charges Filed with the EEOC.” Around 100 attendees from throughout Pennsylvania are expected at his session, which is part of the 3-day conference.
At Knox Law, Mark counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and education. His practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks, employment and severance agreements, grievance arbitration, and collective bargaining. He also conducts in house training programs for employers on a number of employment topics and speaks often to a variety of business and HR groups throughout western Pennsylvania and beyond.
