Mark G. Claypool Represented Plaintiff in Recent Successful Foreclosure Action Relating to Granada Apartment Complex
Mark G. Claypool, Shareholder, recently represented the plaintiff in the court-ordered appointment of a receiver and a successful $19M foreclosure action relating to the Granada Apartment complex. The complex consists of 38 buildings and approximately 626 housing units.
This was one of the largest foreclosure actions in northwestern Pennsylvania.
Mr. Claypool regularly assists banks, credit unions and other financial institutions in loan workouts, collection actions, foreclosures, replevins, ejectments, and all Bankruptcy matters. He is Board Certified in Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, an appointed member of the Local Rules Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of PA, and a member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court for the Western District of PA.
