Knox Law Welcomes Rachael Downey Glasoe

We are pleased to welcome Rachael Downey Glasoe to Knox Law.

As a member of the Governmental Practices Group, Rachael focuses her practice on providing legal services to school districts, municipalities, and public authorities.

Rachael has 16 years of experience in various county government roles, including in Pennsylvania and Texas. She has served in both district attorney and public defender offices and has participated actively on advisory boards and with bar associations. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and her B.A. from Alfred University.

By joining Knox Law, Rachael becomes a part of the team of more than 40 attorneys that has been providing quality legal services to businesses, families, public entities, and nonprofit organizations for 65 years.
