Knox Law Welcomes Mason Bracken

Knox Law is pleased to welcome Mason D. Bracken.

Mason focuses his practice on complex litigation. In cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, he represents clients in various fields, including municipalities, school districts, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals. He has significant experience in multiple areas of law including employment law, civil rights, and constitutional law as well as construction, contract, and real estate disputes.

Mason is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Missouri and has experience as a law clerk in federal court. He earned his J.D. at Washington University School of Law, graduating cum laude. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Truman State University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

He lives in Erie and joins a team of 40 attorneys that has been providing quality legal services to businesses, families, public entities, and nonprofit organizations for over 65 years.
