Knox Law Welcomes Jacqueline H. Brangard to Pittsburgh Office
Jacqueline H. Brangard has joined Knox Law's Pittsburgh office.
She has represented and assisted a broad spectrum of individuals and businesses in the Pittsburgh area since she became licensed in 2017. Her practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law, including commercial and residental sales, acquisitions, and commercial leases. She has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing all forms of real estate transactional documents.
Jacqueline has also advised clients (sellers, buyers, and private lenders) through the real estate closing process by negotiating title insurance policy coverage, clearing complex title issues, preparing and previewing settlement statements, and preparing and reviewing loan packages.
Jacqueline, who lives in Greensburg, received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, where she was a certified legal intern at the Civil Rights Clinic, and her B.A. from the University of Findlay. She joins a team of more than 40 attorneys that has been providing quality legal services to businesses, families, public entities, and nonprofit organizations for 65 years.
