Knox Law Participates in 11th HVA Law Seminar for LTC Providers

Knox Law attorneys will participate for the 11th time at the annual HVA Senior Living Alliance's Law Seminar on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Representatives from regional nursing home and long-term care facilities will learn about a variety of relevant topics.
Jill Curtis, BSW, will cover Dementia Care Practice Recommendations from the Alzheimer's Association. Jeffery A. DeVault, Safety Inspector Supervisor for the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Division of Safety Inspection, will review emergency preparedness.
In addition, three Knox Law attorneys will speak: Robert Zaruta will speak about unemployment compensation, Elliott Ehrenreich will speak about guardianships, and Mark Wassell will speak about drug and alcohol policies, as well as a look at Pennsylvania's Medical Marijuana Act.
