Julia Herzing Participates in Workplace Harassment Panel at WILD Conference
Julia Herzing, Shareholder at Knox Law, will participate in tomorrow's WILD (Women in Leadership Development) Conference at the Ambassador Center. Attorney Herzing will participate with others on the Workplace Harassment panel, during which the #metoo movement will be discussed. The WILD Conference, in its 11th year, will also feature Darieth Chisolm as keynote speaker.
At Knox Law, Attorney Herzing’s practice focuses on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. She works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, collective bargaining, and defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. She also advises public and private educational institutions on Title IX matters, including investigations and responding to complaints. She is Assistant Solicitor for Erie County, working on employment law matters, and serves on the Board of the expERIEnce Children's Museum.
