Julia Herzing and Matt Lasher Speak to SHRM Chapter of North Central PA

On Wednesday, March 16, Julia Herzing and Matt Lasher will travel to Brockway, PA to present to the SHRM Chapter of North Central Pennsylvania. Their topic is "Sexual and Other Unlawful Harassment, Bullying, and Workplace Civility." Human Resources professionals and others will be in attendance to learn from Julia and Matt on this timely, relevant topic.

Julia’s practice focuses on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. She works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, collective bargaining, and defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. Julia also advises public and private educational institutions on Title IX matters, including investigations and responding to complaints.

Matt concentrates his practice on labor & employment law. He assists clients in navigating various workplace matters including the unemployment system, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidance, and more. He drafts and reviews employee handbooks, employment agreements and federal employment litigation documents.
