Guy C. Fustine to Serve as Mediator & Neutral Evaluator in Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Guy C. Fustine has been appointed to serve as a mediator and neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
At Knox Law, Mr. Fustine's practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation and sports law. He is a bankruptcy trustee, board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and has represented multi-million dollar debtors, creditors holding secured, unsecured and priority claims, creditors’ committees and other trustees. He is also a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia.
