Carl Moore and Rich Perhacs Speak at NWPA Superintendent’s Summit

Carl N. Moore and Richard W. Perhacs, both shareholders at Knox Law, are giving a joint presentation at the NWPA Superintendent’s Summit at Grove City College tomorrow, May 5, 2017.

More than 100 superintendents from our region are invited to this event, organized by the Riverview Intermediate Unit #6. Mr. Moore and Mr. Perhacs will address questions and topics solicited from attendees in advance.

At Knox Law, Mr. Moore practices in the areas of workers' compensation and governmental law and serves as the solicitor for seven school districts as well as the Venango Technology Center. He is the Immediate Past President of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association.

Mr. Perhacs has counseled both local government and business employers on labor and employment law issues for over 40 years. He has represented more than a dozen public school systems, including Erie’s Public Schools with over 1,300 employees.
