Bryan G. Baumann Obtains Unanimous PA Supreme Court Decision in Favor of Client
Bryan G. Baumann recently obtained a unanimous decision from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in favor of a developer. This case, which has generated enormous statewide interest within the construction industry, involved the attempt of union employee benefit trust funds to assert mechanics lien claims against the developer’s property when contractors on the project failed to make benefit contributions. Mr. Baumann secured an initial lower court victory in the case four years ago, then appealed an adverse Superior Court decision two years later and argued before the Supreme Court one year ago. The matter is now resolved in favor of our client. To learn more, read an article from the PA edition of Law 360 here.
