Bob Zaruta Speaks on Employee Discipline in the Post-Pandemic World

Bob Zaruta, Shareholder, will speak virtually for the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association (PHRA) on Tuesday March 19th. He will talk about Employee Discipline in the Post-Pandemic World, as part of PHRA's HR Academy speaker series.

Bob will share insights on how to overcome the hurdles of pandemic-induced labor shortages and how to enforce employee discipline policies amidst hiring struggles.
