Attys Wassell, Herzing and Zaruta Speak for HVA Senior Living Alliance

Attorneys Mark T. Wassell, Julia M. Herzing and Robert D. Zaruta speak at tomorrow's "Creating a Positive Work Environment" seminar, hosted by HVA Senior Living Alliance. The seminar takes place at the Manufacturer & Business Association Conference Center in Erie, starting at 8 a.m. Over 20 representatives from long-term care facilities throughout the region are expected to attend.

Ms. Herzing will speak about "Fostering Positive Employee Relations;" Mr. Zaruta will address "The NLRA and Its Impact on the Union-Free Environment;" and Mr. Wassell will speak about "The Representation Procses and the New NLRB Procedures."
