Attorneys Herzing and Zaruta Speak on Employment Law Updates

Julia Herzing and Robert Zaruta, Shareholders at Knox Law, will speak at the Manufacturer & Business Association's HR Conference on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. They will speak on "Employment Law Updates on the PRO Act of 2021 and Changes to Labor Law." Approximately 100 attendees are expected at the annual event.

Julia's practice focuses on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. She works with both private and public employers, counseling and representing clients on compliance with workplace laws, hiring and firing issues, collective bargaining, and defense of discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. She also advises public and private educational institutions on Title IX matters, including investigations and responding to complaints.

Bob's practice is focused on a variety of labor & employment matters, including litigation. He has extensive experience working with both private and public employers, counseling clients on hiring and firing issues, wage and hour issues, employer/independent contractor issues, collective bargaining, employee handbooks, and compliance with workplace laws including FMLA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and more.
