As a member of the Governmental Practice Group, Rachael focuses her practice on providing legal services to school districts, municipalities and public authorities.
Rachael has 16 years of experience in various county government roles, including in Pennsylvania and Texas. She has served in both District Attorney and Public Defender offices, including active participation on advisory boards and bar associations. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and Alfred University.
