Dara M. Bucholtz focuses her practice on estate planning, business succession planning, and guardianship matters. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and Illinois. She graduated summa cum laude from Gannon University and earned her law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to joining Knox Law, she practiced in Illinois and also spent three summers as an intern for a U.S. trade office in Taiwan. She lives in Edinboro with her husband, Kyle, and their son.

William B. Helbling will focus his practice on business & tax and intellectual property & technology. He graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University and earned his law degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review and winner of a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mergers and Acquisitions. He also served as a legal intern at the University of Pittsburgh Securities Arbitration Clinic. He now lives in Fairview.
