Mr. Wassell counsels and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.  He represents employers in a range of sectors including manufacturing, healthcare and education.  Mr. Wassell’s practice includes hiring and termination issues, claims of discrimination and harassment, drug testing, employee handbooks and collective bargaining.  He also conducts in‑house training programs on a number of employment topics.  Prior to joining Knox, Mr. Wassell practiced at a large firm in Cleveland, Ohio.
