Since 1993, Mr. Kuhar has represented private and public employers in all forums, including numerous administrative agencies and the Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts as well as federal courts in Pennsylvania and Ohio.  He negotiates with unions on behalf of employers and counsels non-union employers in a variety of settings.  His practice has an emphasis on the litigation of employment claims.
