Mr. Moore practices in the areas of workers' compensation and governmental law. He has participated as a speaker on workers’ compensation issues involving employers and insurance carriers, as well as issues pertaining to education law at various seminars. He serves as the solicitor for five school districts in Northwestern Pennsylvania and is also the solicitor for the Northwest Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board. Mr. Moore is active on several committees of the Erie County Bar Association and is the Regional Director of the Pennsylvania School Boards Solicitors Association.
