Richard Perhacs Defends Claims Against Erie County and Saves Taxpayers Money

Richard Perhacs successfully defended Erie County in a union dispute that resulted in taxpayer savings.  The claim stemmed from a reduction in the number of free employee parking spaces at the Office of Children & Youth.  The parking spaces were lost when a ramp was rebuilt.  The two unions representing the displeased employees attempted to enforce an old agreement they had with Erie County that would have resulted in the County paying over $50,000 to lease private parking spots for a large number of employees.
