Joanna Budde successfully defended an automobile accident claim in Smethport, Pennsylvania.  Opposing counsel’s economist originally claimed $1.8 million in lost wages based on injuries sustained in the accident as well as aggravation of a pre-existing seizure disorder.  The jury awarded the plaintiff $1,000 and found Attorney Budde’s client only 25% at fault.  As a result, the defendant was responsible for only $250.
